About Classes

Power Vinyasa

A strong, athletic flow designed to make you work! You’ll move through intermediate to advanced poses through a vinyasa flow sequence. You’ll get your cardio, strength training, AND your stretching and relaxation elements all in one class!

FREE Community Class for Beginners

An all-levels class, free for locals AND visitors! This class will move at a slow, introductory pace with foundational movement perfect for beginners, those returning to their practice, and those looking for a more relaxed style and pace.

Heated Vinyasa Flow

Heated to 80-90 degrees, this is a vigorous flow practice that follows a sequence of postures, incorporating specific breath work to facilitate the effectiveness of each asana. Bring water. Water breaks and rest encouraged as needed.

Yoga Bliss

Variety is the spice of life, and this class has tons! Expect to find the bliss within through the practice of positive affirmations and the exploration of new and different poses and flows. Class is suitable for beginners and beyond.

Ananda Flow

A slower paced Hatha class with a nice balance between flow and holding poses with emphasis on bringing body, mind, and breath together for the practice. This class is suitable for all levels and a great option for beginners.

Gentle Yoga

A slow, therapeutic class appropriate for those with arthritis or other chronic condition or injury or who just want to take it slow. Gentle Yoga features a variety of relaxation postures that work to soothe the nervous system and increase immunity in the body. This class is ideal for first time practitioners.

Amrita Yoga

Amrita is a form of vinyasa yoga with influences from Ayurveda that brings focus to neuroscience, yoga philosophy, pranayama and mindfuless. It is taught in alignment with the rhythms of nature and in harmony with the changing of the seasons and time of day. This surya morning practice will focus on energizing and cleansing the body while promoting vitality and building stamina, strength and resilience. 

Reiki Meditation

Reiki Meditation is a blend of Reiki Energy Healing and Ananda Style Meditation. In each session, you'll discuss and learn about this form of meditation and how it differs from other forms. You'll learn the ancient vedic mantra of Hong-Sau, meditate, and Lainey will also use her singing bowl to enhance the meditation experience. 

Restorative Yoga

A deeply relaxing class to support the parasympathetic nervous system. Students can expect deeper sleep and relief from stress, anxiety and chronic pain.

Yoga Lunch Break

With a different focus each week, this 45 minute class will melt away that mid-day slump! We will flow and stretch, but not to worry, we’re not trying to break a sweat! You’ll return to your work-day fresh and ready to finish out the week with vibrant energy to carry into the weekend. This class is appropriate for all levels.

Vinyasa Flow

A more vigorous flow practice that follows a sequence of postures, incorporating specific breath work to facilitate the effectiveness of each asana. Appropriate for practitioners of all levels.

Slow Flow

We slow it down on Sundays! Join us for a mellow, slow moving flow that will stretch out the muscles and warm up the heart rate without overwhelming a beginner or exhausted practitioner. This one is great for reconnecting with self and creating space in the mind, body and spirit for the week ahead.

Private Individual or Group Lessons

Private lessons must be scheduled in advance by emailing kristin@seasideyogaretreats.com. Private lessons for one individual are $40.00 per hour. Private group lessons are $120.00 per hour. Private individual and group lessons are available in-studio, at your lodging rental, or on the beach and can be custom built based on the needs/ability of the individual or group. Private lessons are an excellent way of introducing yourself to the practice of yoga. One private lesson can help acclimate you to the studio and to the practice and build comfort and confidence prior to entering a class setting. Email Kristin with questions!
