Vinyasa Flow

A more vigorous flow practice that follows a sequence of postures, incorporating specific breath work to facilitate the effectiveness of each asana. Appropriate for practitioners of all levels.

Heated Chakra Flow

This is a more vigorous flow practice that follows sequences and postures designed to align the chakras. Each month we focus on one of these seven energy centers and incorporate specific breath work to facilitate the effectiveness of each asana. The room is heated to approximately 90 degrees.

Yoga Bliss

In daily life we get so stuck in routine; driving the exact same way to work at the exact same time, doing the same tasks over and over, and then going home to do it all again tomorrow. Variety is the spice of life, and that’s exactly what this class offers. Expect to uncover your inner bliss with a gentle paced practice that’s never the same. Explore your body and mind with unique poses and the power of positive affirmations! This class is great for all levels, especially beginners.

Gentle Yin Flow

The first half of the class will be spent in deep yin stretches for long periods of time encourage deeper levels of flexibility in the body. The second half of the class will offer a gentle flow designed to help stagnant energy move through the body and calm the mind. This class is appropriate for beginners & those looking for a slower pace.

Renewal & Rise

Amrita Yoga is a form of vinyasa yoga with influences from Ayurveda that brings focus to neuroscience, yoga philosophy, pranayama and mindfuless. It is taught in alignment with the rhythms of nature and in harmony with the changing of the seasons and time of day. This surya morning practice will focus on energizing and cleansing the body while promoting vitality and building stamina, strength and resilience.

Gentle Yoga

A slow, therapeutic class appropriate for those with arthritis or other chronic condition or injury or who just want to take it slow. Gentle Yoga features a variety of relaxation postures that work to soothe the nervous system and increase immunity in the body. This class is ideal for first time practitioners.

Reiki Meditation

Reiki Meditation is a blend of Reiki Energy Healing and Ananda Style Meditation. In each session, you'll discuss and learn about this form of meditation and how it differs from other forms. You'll learn the ancient vedic mantra of Hong-Sau, meditate, and Lainey will also use her singing bowl to enhance the meditation experience. 

Slow Flow

Slow it down! Join us for a mellow, slow moving flow that will stretch out the muscles and warm up the heart rate without overwhelming a beginner or exhausted practitioner. This one is great for reconnecting with self and creating space in the mind, body and spirit for the week ahead.

Private Individual or Group Lessons

Private lessons must be scheduled in advance by emailing Private lessons for one individual are $40.00 per hour. Private group lessons are $120.00 per hour. Private individual and group lessons are available in-studio, at your lodging rental, or on the beach and can be custom built based on the needs/ability of the individual or group. Private lessons are an excellent way of introducing yourself to the practice of yoga. One private lesson can help acclimate you to the studio and to the practice and build comfort and confidence prior to entering a class setting. Email Kristin with questions!
